reply button bar retouch #925

After using it a while I find the in-mail reply button bar a bit to clumsy. Right now it's also a bit off in position.

I'd like to have the in-mail button bar changed to this: (I proposed this already some weeks ago, but I can't find the relating issue, so I make a new one.) If we still can't delete a single mail from a thread, replace it with the download button. If it is possible however, put in the trash can and get rid of the email download thing.

@let4be can we delete individual emails? And @vLooz, the problem is the in your mockup the attachments will be hidden under the buttons. I can make the buttons clear for a start.

your are right @piggyslasher. But the button bar in an own invisible footer, so that they won't interfere with the attachments or any other content.

@piggyslasher nope In theory we could but this would require back-end/front-end rework

exactly @vLooz. But let me restyle it without the shadows and follow the guidelines. But I will keep the 'invisible footer'.
