Extend the x32 boxes to Debian 8 #198

Just like Debian 9, Debian 8 is still a very popular build target for compatibility with even older distributions. Sadly, the multiarch issues still apply here, so having a clean 32-bit box would be quite helpful.

@ladar It seems like the debian8 x32 boxes have issues with uploading to Vagrant Cloud. The box got created as generic-x32/debian8-x32 instead of generic-x32/debian8 and it still has no releases. Is there a chance that you could look into this?
