Update FreeBSD13 boxes to 13.2 #280

FreeBSD 13.2 was released on April 11, 2023. See announcement here: https://www.freebsd.org/releases/13.2R/announce/

This change bumps FreeBSD 13 definitions from 13.1 to 13.2
