Acceptance Criteria

Replace all FAQs with the below content:

Q How can I invest in Lava Financial? A You will need to purchase a Lava Venture Pass (LVP) NFT via Alpha Shares.

Q How can I buy a LVP? A The number of NFT’s is capped, and they are all sold out, but you may still be able to purchase one through Alpha Shares.

Q How much does a LVP cost? A All LVP’s have been minted, so the floor price is determined by the market. We expect this floor price to increase dramatically in the future as inflow of treasury revenue ramps up.

Q Didn’t Lava start out as a node project? A Yes, but the plan was always to migrate solely to a revenue share model. Despite launching in challenging market conditions, we’ve been successful in building a solid treasury base to allow us to complete the transition.

Q So how does Lava generate revenue to share with NFT holders? A We diversify our treasury into a range of investments, acting as an incubator for sister projects, investing in lucrative seed rounds, as well as trading bots, yield farming and more.

Q What sort of returns can I expect from my LVP? A It’s difficult to put an exact number on it. Early on the returns will likely be small, but once the sister projects launch and vesting periods end for our initial seed investments, then this will likely increase dramatically.

Q Can you tell me more about these sister projects? A Divvy is a flexible, secure, user-friendly, low fee Multichain Exchange and Derivatives platform Powered by P2P Market-Making. – Prism is a DeFi automation platform enabling users to create and share complex workflows. Prism will be VC funded and early revenue projections are substantial.

Q. What does my LVP "access level" mean? A. LVP's are assigned an access level based on the seed investments they are entitled to. This is determined based upon the date a seed investment was made vs the date a node (which has now been converted to a LVP) was minted. So if a node was minted on or before 5/23/2022 (the date the first seed investment was made) it will have an access level of 6 (maximum level), which is the quantity of seed-level investments with which the node has been involved. This is our way of making sure that those who have been with us the longest are compensated properly.

Q How can I increase my earnings? A There is an extremely limited run of booster NFT’s available, just 170 in total, that will increase the returns on up to 40 NFT’s each. These are available at Alpha Shares.

Q How can I see what the treasury has invested in, and claim my share? A All of this can be done through our dapp.

Q What if I am not happy with the returns I’m getting? A All of our NFT’s are tradeable through Alpha Shares. As no more NFT’s will ever be minted, the floor price will likely just increase from here.
