Make a better todo assigned to user management. right now its very difficult to navigate. add links to meeting page so that user can see which meeting the todo was from etc.

this needs to be further discussed with the team because we need to discuss how to make the user experience better. one immediate thing i can do is add links on the dashboard to the meeting page. (based on what i get back from the backend though hm)
