Update README for Manifest Config #9

Hi, Thanks for creating the awesome library for Hexo platform. I really appreciate that.

For make the README.md keep update, I want to add a little update in config manifest corresponding to Progressive Web App Manifest by Google Developer (https://developers.google.com/web/fundamentals/web-app-manifest/)
