publicPath 非 '/' 时引用路径错误 #9

在使用 lavas 时，当设置 publicPath 为非 / 时，生成的 dist/index.html 中引用 sw-register.js 的路径会发生错误。

例如设置为 //static.baidu.com/ 时

设置为 https://static.baidu.com/ 时

发版版本号有冲突，等待周日同步后再发版。

1.0.20 已经发版，解决了这个问题。
