Not available on macOS unless we move all legacy 2.1 code to 3.2 Remaining legacy code:

Font rendering still uses immediate mode (could use this to avoid dependencies https://github.com/rougier/freetype-gl see http://hamelot.io/visualization/opengl-text-without-any-external-libraries/)
ColourBar rendering: reasonably easy to fix as just drawing a few quads and lines
General code update to remove all fixed function stuff from shaders and buffers

Closing this, still have some minor issues with tests due to line width problems and anti-aliasing but the work is done
