@OKaluza,

I have added the connection that is expected for the jupyter-server-proxy working in an authenticated jupyterhub environment. It is working for me but please have a look to see if I have interpreted correctly the way these connections cascade.

Looks good to me, the first connection that responds with the correct lavavu instance id will be used, so it doesn't matter if there are multiple redundant attempts.
