GH: Improve flatpak metadata quality

There is like a quality gauge for the app listings on flathub.org. There are several issues that got flagged.

• Branding colors should be available
• Too technical app summary line
• The icon should have a certain amount of padding

Also lav wanted to have 1st and 2nd screenshot switched.
