e0m2: Update to puzzle traps in entry area #92

The crusher-trap in the entry area of e0m2 will crush the player unless +speed is used. I now tweaked the timing so that even without +speed (the default, AFAIK) one can escape the crusher.

I also added a very visible button to lower a barrier. This previously was done by defeating an ogre or by hitting an invisible trigger brush. This apparently left players confused on how to progress.
