Sync using Mobile Finder

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Can't sync
2. nothing happen when i press the sync on mobile findre
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Sync, but nothing happen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

i can't make work, can any one help, and post the setings?

Same problem here.  No error messages, so I'm not sure if I'm doing something 
wrong.

This is a very cool, albeit poorly implemented feature.  It depends on the 
Term-vt100
application.  Install Term-vt100 and then follow the Howto instructions 
accessible
from the "sync" button.  I will improve this feature in the future.

Out of curiosity, I was wondering if the sync only runs once when an 
iPod/iPhone is
started? 
I have the term-vt100 and it syncs successfully once after starting the device. 
I
have to enter my password twice and it syncs both ways. 
After that if I go into MobileFinder and click on any of the sync buttons 
(remote,
local, both), I can sometimes see a button being pressed but nothing happens in 
the
terminal. It just sits there with the [Process Completed] message from the 
initial sync. 
Is this normal or do I have something not set up correctly to allow multiple 
syncs?
