Finder not saving setting after quitting #72

hey,
im running a 1.1.4 16GB iPhone..and when i switch the ON to System file acces, 
and change the 
colors to red and black...it doesn't save the setting after I quit=( please help

I have the same phone and same problem, pretty annoying as I use mobile finder 
as my default launcher.
