Terminal application should not be hardcoded as .Term-vt100 #73

The launch location of the terminal program is hard coded to be Term-vt100
at the moment. See:

For those of us using the more recent Terminal from googlecode, this means
we cant use the term button, as the Bundle ID is different. See:

Could we get this changed, or add an option to have either one?
