How to open Safari directly from Finder for html extension file #76

With html file, which was downloaded by using HistoryDL to
/var/mobile/Media/Ebooks,when double click on this html file in
MobileFinder I can choose option Open With Safari, and it was work fine !

but I would like to create 'File Associations", so when double click on
html file, it automatically open Safari for this html file.

With avplayer I can open mp3, mp4 with avplayer by add File Associations,
so I suppose with html file we can do the same? but how to ?

Please advise do it possible and how
