Needs quicker bounce when scrolling past end

When comparing the scroll bounce action of an iPad to the iScroll script, 
pulling a list past the end, and watching the bounce-back speed, it occurs 
quicker on an iPad, and iScroll seems a little slow.

In the resetPosition function, changing the default time from 500ms to 300ms 
seemed to bring the iScroll script in line with the iPad speed.

I also changed the default time in the scrollTo function to 300ms.

need to check this out especially I seem to recall different behavior on iphone 
and ipad.
