fail.log removed while trying to rip content #13

File with failed songs "fail.log" got removed when sent as arg with spotify-ripper. The content was not ripped. Spotify-ripper exited without an error.

this only seems to happen when the file has the name fail.* Renaming the file in config.ini avoids the issue.
