feature request: sequential downloading of torrent files #687

Hi. Could you add sequential downloading of file(s) using torrent protocol, like there is in, say, pico torrent, or webtor.io? If there is more than one file in torrent, first file would be downloaded. For each file, first 1/3 would be downladed, and then the rest of the file.

Reason: so people could watch the movie while it is being downloaded
