Hello You should go for Python first then go for Machine learning. Many Institutes provide combine course packages.

you need to learn first data analysis, data collection, mining and data cleaning. these are the basic and fundamental steps towards learning python then machine learning. without knowing that your data is credible reliable and properly cleaned you will not build a model. it will waste your financial resources and time. here are thefollowing step towrds learning python and ml Data Analysis techniques e.g. data collection data cleaning database management and data fetching from database and ensure data is free from flaws and errors python machine learning and its algorithms libraries etc
