Adding multiple tags with the same name resulted in only 1 tag #14

Unsure if this should have been an error message thrown or a feature flaw. But it is still unclear as to what I should do.

Team's Response

It is stated in both the user and developer guide that the tags were meant to signify the weak subjects of the student, and hence it would be pointless for students to have multiple tags with the same name, thus we do not add duplicate tags to the students.
