Bug: mDNS responses not being received by OS #10

TCPdump shows that we are getting responses for llmnr and nbns by the operating system, but not mDNS. This is a separate issue from #6

After running tcpdump on the Responder host, it appears that Responder is actually not even sending any mDNS responses. That's surprising if it's actually a Responder bug, because there's no way we are the first people to notice this.

This somehow resolved itself. No idea why.
