Sec 6.b.i covers reselling the code being explicitly not permitted under the terms of the license.
If the customer breached the terms of the license, copyright would still apply. It is illegal for anyone else to sell your copyrighted code as their own.
Now I see what you're referring to. I probably should explicitly add that case to the uncapped liabilities section. Thanks for the suggestion.
I may have not fully understood the agreement. But, based on what I read in the licenses, if a hypothetical customer were to buy a paid license for $100, then resell the original code for $1000, would that then only allow the vendor to receive the original money back from the breach? (i.e $100)
