Doxygen main page is currently empty. #60

CompilerKit/docs/html/index.html is largely empty, even after running Doxygen. Find out how to git information onto that page. Probably we'll want to include README.md there (preferably without copy-pasting). Doxygen understands Markdown (the format used for README.md) natively, so that shouldn't be an issue.

The \mainpage area in include/CompilerKit.h defines the main page.
