Doc translation #69

I'm done with interface translation (in master branch, I've created a pull request still pending), and I'm now working on documentation translation in a seperate branch: doc-translation. If you want to see how that translation is going on please merge. I've translated around 30% of the docs at the moment.

I'm now done with essential of french translation. I assume techies will know english for advanced topics
