Replace vanilla ores with custom ores #12

This has two benefits:

  1. Eliminating current vanilla ore processing techniques such as iron ore being directly smeltable to ingots and diamond ore dropping diamonds. Instead you will have to use PFAA or a mod like GT to process your ores properly.
  2. Implementing an eventual overlay system to make the ores blend in to your stone types.

We now have substitutes for redstone, lapis, diamond, emerald and coal that drop an ore block instead of items/gems. Enable in the config. Via COG, all vanilla blocks will be replaced by those substitutes. Expect a lot of progress over the next weeks, as my family is overseas.
