There is no water biome type now, use ocean in the biomeset definition

Thanks so much for submitting this. I had already made an equivalent change, and also fixed many other aspects (like frozen now being cold, desert being sandy, etc), so I'm going to close this without merging, because otherwise it would just introduce conflicts.
