Repository license #25

I see in the MCF post that releases are covered by the Artistic 2.0 license but what about the source? I think it is great that you are open to community contributions but the repository makes no mention of this. Consider adding a license file to the root of the repository. I would assume that you would go with the same Artistic license but if you want some more options a few people at GitHub have put a site together that can help: http://choosealicense.com/ .
