No worldgen when COG settings upon world creation is not altered #7

I don't know if it's intentionnal, but it seems that PFAA Geologica worldgen is not generating if the Custom Ore Generation ingame configuration at the world creation screen is left untouched.

I suspect it comes from the removal of the dependency check you removed earlier to fix a crash on startup.

I'm using COG 1.1.1 and PFAA 0.1.3.
