autoplot,VCF or SummarizedExperiments need more general idea and suggestions #26

  1. currently need to specify "geno","fixed"... types, different type indicate different data subset and different method.
  2. should I start withh autoplot, SummarizedExperiments first? then think about other class which extends it.
