Fix link for mac set up #9

there is no vagrant image anymore

@suhuruli Are you a good point of contact around the docker image? Would love to feedback some changes to the dockerfile to make it quicker to start. @lawrencegripper Hi Lawrence, I think a lot of the changes you recommended are fantastic! However, we cannot include these commands in the Dockerfile due to redistribution issues legally :(.

Thanks understand, I'll reach out to you separately as I think we could make this easier to use without causing problems from the legal side of things.

I'll merge this and look forward to chatting a bit more :)
