Hide all homepage suggestions hides channel videos on mobile #75

On mobile with the "Hide all homepage suggestions" option enabled, the items on the "videos" and "live" tabs are hidden on channels. These aren't homepage suggestions and shouldn't be blocked (and it isn't on the desktop).
