React integration

Our components should be able to run in a react project

Action:

• Follow [tutorial](https://stenciljs.com/docs/react) on stencil docs, and add a react integration to POC repo
• Then apply knowledge of integration to la-web-components repo

Things to be aware of:

• The stencil docs suggest that we take a monorepo approach

- repo
--- stencil-lib
--- react-lib

Thoughts that spring to mind is the fact that we will now need to maintain versioning for two libraries in one repo
