The idea here is to surface subject-area tags in search results and document listing pages.

Proposal

• a new subject-area root taxonomy
• an icon and a colour can be associated with a taxonomy entry

Search results and listing pages

• in search results, show the subject-area tags with each result, using the icon and colour
• the search view will need to be configured to know which ones to show
• in legislation listing pages, include subject area tags

Other places

• do we include tags when listing documents in other places, like "related documents" and "Citations"?
