Check for valid HTML on document detail page. #1852

When a user deletes content HTML, there are left-over HTML tags. If a source pdf is available, it is not displayed on the page because of this.

When saving content_html via the admin interface, we should check if it's stub URL (maybe parse it and check if there is no text) and, if so, set it to None or to blank.
