As an editor, I want a section added so that I can include notes about my reasons for unpublishing a document #1974

This is a request to include a text box in the backend of Peachjam for internal users to make notes. This text box will not affect how a document appears and its sole purpose will be to allow users to type and view notes. This is needed to keep track of the reasons for unpublished records.
