I think this is too big for every page, particularly on mobile.

I suggest: Put a big one on the homepage, and then a smaller (two lines or so) on other pages.

I think it's time to make the survey a template that can be included and overridden.

You could also make this more configurable with a peachjam settings for survey_link and show the banners if that's configured.

@longhotsummer I've added the setting, the survey banner is now configurable. It looks exactly the same as the screenshots, but with the modified wording.
