As a user of a collection, I would like to see the tags a judgment has been tagged with when I view the listing on the index

For example, here: https://africanlii.org/indexes/case-indexes/case-indexes-human-rights?jurisdictions=African%20Regional%20Bodies&q=&sort=-date under each judgment, I would like to see the terms the judgment was tagged with to easily determin if the judgment is relevant to my research

I would like to do this for all documents that have tags from specific taxonomy roots, so that it also works for subject area tags for legislation.
