Implement C4Lock #4

This was tested on a Yale Deadbolt Lock with a Device Name 'Door Lock' within the Director. There was another device that had commands to control the lock as well, so this might vary between user..

The black formatting failed on files that are currently in the master branch, looks like you didn't run the black formatting helper before committing, and that is making it fail for my pull request.

@BrycesonKimura I've fixed the black formatting errors, so hopefully any future commits will pass CI. Please take a look at the changes I requested?
