SVO support for OpenREALM #106

Could you please update the config file, source files for enabling SVO. Need it to do some performance tests comparing SVO with openvslam on a quadrotor.

@sushantgov I've tested it in context of my master thesis, but wasn't happy with the results. Haven't used it since then and repo is currently stale, so I only do minimal maintenance. You are on your own, sorry.
