Build status and installation issues #90

Hi, The build status says that the build is failing, could this affect the installation of OpenRealm? Is anyone else having issues with the installation?

I think except for some smaller linker issues it should be more or less good to go. Please note, currently only ROS1 is supported. So this might be a killer when working with e.g. Ubuntu 22.04 or newer.
