- In the translation, there are terms that, although the same in both English and Japanese, have different meanings, making the original text difficult to understand if left as is. Should these terms be kept in their original form? Currently, they are left as is. For example, in Japanese, "VOD" generally refers to video services like Netflix or Amazon Prime that provide movies and anime. For Twitch's past broadcasts, the term "アーカイブ" (derived from "archive") is commonly used.
Please use whatever terms best preserve the original intent/meaning. For your example, I would prefer you use アーカイブ over VOD.
2. Is there any specific reason why the TwitchDownloaderWPF/README.md has not been translated yet? If the only reason is the lack of a translator, I would be happy to undertake this task. I believe it would be very beneficial for users, especially non-developers, to be able to read the documentation in their native language. This is particularly important for Japanese users, who are often not familiar with English.
I never intended to have the READMEs be translated as I didn't want to impose more work onto translators, however some translated the primary README of their own volition. I assume only the primary README has been translated thus far because it is the most important, however you are more than welcomed to translate the WPF README as well. My only request is that you leave a disclaimer notifying that the document may be out of sync with the English version.

Hi, I am the person who performed the Japanese translation for the current version (#1035). I am currently working on the complete translation of the README and improving the translation of TDWPF. Additionally, I am considering translating TwitchDownloaderWPF/README.md.
I have a few questions regarding this, which I will list below:

I'm sorry if the text was unclear due to the translation. Thank you.
