My Highlight VOD from 2014 is downloaded as mp4 with only audio

When I download my highlight VOD from 2014 the result is an mp4 but with no displayed video/image. No error messages occur during download, neither on GUI nor on CLI, but source and audio-only are listed as the same filesize.

The listed filesize in the GUI is 113.7 MiB, but the downloaded file is 46.1 MiB.

Twitch has some difficulty playing this ancient stream but it can still be played. When downloading the video straight from my own account the no-image-only-audio result is the same, although the filesize is closer to 33 MiB instead.

I am able to reproduce bad video finalization, however the new video finalization method I just merged a few days ago behaves correctly. Until the next release is out, you can download a workflow build of the new finalization method here.

*It should be noted that the VOD you are downloading is missing a video stream at the start, in the middle, and around the end, however audio is present throughout the entire VOD.
