Hello , i downloaded newer version of your program and it works normally except its stucking to "Fetching Chat Badges" for forever , sometimes its working after 5 min , sometimes 1 min , sometimes never

after that problem even older versions are doing same now :(

p.s also i would love to get suggestion about exact options for transparent background when using colors (transparent takes big files as we know) , im using blue background and then removing it via color key but its kinda scuffed , i believe others using black background but when im using it some emotes like dansgame are not fully visible and after testing every settings i still cant get it right FeelsBadMan

update: now when im trying to download some vods it says "ERROR: One or more errors occurred. "

Don't use blue for your background colour as its likely to be found within badges or username texts. Set it to the standard Chromakey green as its almost never found within badges or username text, I think its R:127 G:255 B:0

somehow some text or emotes are more scuffed when using green background than blue, can you specify what to use in-programs settings ? similarity , smoothness, key color spill reduction etc ? i think thats the problem , as i mentioned i experimented with many settings but i could not get right :(

I'm not doing anything special, I use Davinci Resolve Studio and theres a small amount of orange fuzz around my text which I dont mind. I'm sure if i outputting at a higher resolution it wouldn't be as much of a problem. But I just use the eye dropper on the green, apply an alpha filter and enable the default despill option.

is it for me or newer versions are really slow overall ? download , rendering etc feels much slower , i was rendering 2 hours chat in couple minutes and after new version it takes 10+ min feelsbadman

The renderer has basically been entirely rewritten since this issue was opened so I believe it is safe to close it.

Render speed improvements are on the way. I believe 1.51.1 has already had a significant render speed boost bringing it closer to the old render times.
