ZhuYinIME - Can't input the character by real HW keyboard #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable the ZhuYinIME in settings.
2. open the contacts and create the new contact.
3. change the ZhuYinIME for keyin the some text.
4. User can input the character by SW keyboard but can't input character by
real HW keyboard

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
User can input the character by SW and HW keyboard.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ZhuYinIMESettings-20090601.apk 

Please provide any additional information below.
I have compared the behavior with google pinyin IME, it can support the
this function.
