Add checkout terms and conditions to laybuy.html #4

This is required if you enable Terms and Conditions in Magento 2 and show it on checkout, the method will not be useable.

Okay, I have updated the module to whats in the repo and it appears checkout works now, it does not show the sites Terms and Conditions but presumably as LayBuy have their own and at that point on the purchase is actually with LayBuy this is fine.
