Sound over Pi-TopPulse #30

I have a Pi HAT (Pi-TopPulse) with a speaker, a microphone and a LED matrix in one Addon.

when starting talkiepi comes the following message:

Unable to find channel: talkiepi ALSA lib pcm_dmix.c:961:(snd_pcm_dmix_open) The dmix plugin supports only playback stream Channel 'Root' has no other participants

Any ideas for this problem?
