Must have a custom scroll-bar like other wesites

I have been trying to run getnighthawk for more than a week but unable to run that also have uploaded a post on the discussion forum but I was not able to run through the solutions provided. So just to inform if anyone else is interested in this issue then they can take it. Thanks
