@leecalcote so we have to take a response from the user and depending upon that response we will display the relevant message from here?

codetheorem commented 3 years ago

I think you should implement this on a new page and connect with the learn more button on the home page. If one wants to know about what is service mesh then that page will serve that purpose and you can integrate this with that.

leecalcote commented 3 years ago

@codetheorem good suggestion. A button for "do I need a service mesh?" and then walking them through a questionnaire would be good.

I think we are good to close this issue now? @leecalcote @vinayaksh42

leecalcote commented 3 years ago

Yes, although, we have two final tasks:

  1. Question cleanup: Lee
  2. Identify where to put buttons that link to this page: Vinayak, Nikhil, Austin

No updates till now. I think We should move this form quickly as almost everything is ready except for question cleanup @leecalcote and placement of the page link somewhere in layer5.io

I think the button can be placed somewhere in the middle of page, as it is a broader and important question imo. And maybe have a small line of text beneath the button, that briefs one about what the button does. Makes sense?

[Super late reply] - We can make a small section for the button on the main landing page @leecalcote
