Current Behavior

A section that provides a description of user profiles in Layer5 Cloud on https://badges.layer5.io/ https://meshery.layer5.io/user/090e7114-509a-4046-81f1-9c5fb8daf724?tab=badges

Expected Behavior

Create a new section for User Profiles of Layer5 Cloud
