Meshery Embed: Add Design hyperlink #297

Current Behavior

Viewers of an embedded design will often want to open a design for further interaction, editing, and deployment.

Desired Behavior

Include a button hyperlinked to open the design at a configurable location, Layer5 Cloud by default.

e.g. https://meshery.layer5.io/catalog/content/design/febf78b7-18c6-48d7-a96c-fba5a09ab529

Implementation

  1. Ensure inclusion of link to design is optional.
